Exceptional coach = Authentic human

A coach will not be able to execute coaching core competencies with quality and professionalism without developing its roots deep within oneself.

By the end of this training program, your awareness will expand your behaviour will evolve, and you will have a comprehensive knowledge of the theories and practices related to professional human-based coaching that will help you practice professional coaching to grow people beyond the limits of challenges and objectives.

Coaching is a way of thinking and a lifestyle it is not just a career.

Activate your physical perception and emotional awareness to support your ability to think and make a decision.

Somatic Thinking is a life philosophy and coaching methodology designed to grow human awareness beyond the limits of objectives and challenges. a new perspective that rearranged the wisdom we inherited, about the body and mind partnership from western and eastern minds to pave a clearer path to presence that is simple, practical and in harmony with all cultural and religious beliefs.

Somatic Thinking definition: Experiencing life in partnership with the body for presence and holistic awareness, making fulfilment and easing the prevalent state of being.

Somatic Thinking coaching smoothly activates knowledge and raises self and life awareness beyond the limits of objectives and challenges, It highlights personal and professional obstacles that were not previously apparent, Making Somatic Thinking coaching highly effective both as a change catalyst and to deal with change in record time and sustainable results.

Somatic Thinking helps individuals and groups:

  • Overcoming unclear constraints and difficulties at several levels (clearly seeing problems and solutions)
  • Improve emotional awareness and balance (to better manage life and work)
  • Achieve peak performance (to make sustained progress in life and career)
  • Increase the ability to tolerate stress and resolve conflicts (to stay clear-headed in any situation)
  • Optimise access to creativity and promotes overall well-being (to recharge and re-energise on a continual basis)

One of the advantages of this methodology is that it is designed to be in harmony with all human beliefs in addition to its accreditation by the International Coaching Federation ICF, the world’s largest accreditation body for coaching methodologies.

The STCE journey is the only coach education in the world that follows the Somatic Thinking methodology founded by the international coach Samer Hassan, MCC. Our program is offered worldwide online and in-person in Arabic, English and soon Chinese and French, Organised exclusively by Kun Coaching Academy. The graduate of this full journey becomes a professional coach capable of working with individuals, groups and institutions.

How it works:

The Somatic Thinking Coaching Methodology works on reprogramming the sensory system in the human body to increase its ability to receive and process real-time information, stress, and emotions. This way of coaching dissolves emotions and mental patterns that inhibit performance, productivity, and fulfilment.

This example will illustrate the difference between a coach and a Somatic Thinking coach that works holistically on the human to expand self and life awareness, This example:

Imagine the coach who works mainly with the mind, as a doctor who diagnoses a patient using X-rays (An effective diagnostic tool for skeletal injuries) only to diagnose the disease. this diagnosis often lacks accuracy and effectiveness because of the X-ray limitation.

Now, compare that basic x-ray to a detailed MRI—which reveals the condition of internal organs, soft tissue, and bones—you’ll see how limited the x-ray view is.

The Somatic Thinking coach is trained to see the coachee in a holistic way, mental, psychological, physical, emotional and interactive patterns, Which help the Somatic Thinking coach grow the holistic awareness of the coachee in a way that traditional cognitive methods lack.

Coach training with KUN methodology (Somatic Thinking) had an impact on my personal and professional life. I learned to be human in the real sense of the word, to be in tune with my life and the lives of those around me, it taught me how to accept others. I set my goals and broke all the constraints that I was facing and, most importantly, that it was with deep awareness, complete comfort, satisfaction and inner conviction. In my working life, I have learned wisdom with carefulness, perseverance, prudence and not haste, that the heart of the client, his feelings and his emotions are in my hands as a coach.

If you don’t want to take this program as a professional career, just take it to understand yourself better and to be able to see other people for whom they truly are.

My coaching journey started in 2019 with KUN Coaching Academy and since then I grow every day beyond my dreams. I discovered with KUN’s Somatic Thinking Coaching Methodology that coaching does not mean learning more, on the contrary, coaching means learning less “Release the Excess” and just be YOU. Somatic Thinking was a rebirth for me; rebirth of an authentic, liberated human being who is aware and accepts the light and dark within her, believing that her humanity is enough. For me coaching turned to be more than just competencies, certificates, or achievements but a lifestyle that feeds all the roles that I live every day. “The Human is the Coach, and the Coach is the Human”. Thanks to Samer and to his Somatic Thinking Methodology, the key to balance and liberty!
