I am a simple person who loves to connect with people, a person who believes that authenticity is the key to living a fulfilling life. I’ve played several roles in my life, but the ones that shaped me the most were, first, the mother role for 22 years old twin daughters, this role taught me and is still teaching and nourishing within me the value of giving and loving unconditionally.

The second role was entering corporate life at the age of 18, working in Human Resources for 27 years to date, this role kept alive within me the value of connection, growth, support, justice, and humbleness.

I started my coaching journey early 2019 studying the Somatic Thinking Coaching Methodology through which I learned that coaching is not about learning more, on the contrary, coaching is about “Releasing the Excess” of external inputs and looking within to be the authentic version of yourself.

Coaching was a rebirth for me; rebirth of the authentic, liberated human being who is aware and accepts the light and dark within her, believing that her humanity is enough. For me coaching is more than competencies, certificates, and achievements, it’s a lifestyle that feeds all the roles that I live every day. “The Human is the Coach, and the Coach is the Human”. 

Through my 2000+ hours of professional coaching experience, coaching executive leaders, employees, students and parents; I’ve witnessed and experienced the power of coaching on coachees, the transformation that happens by just “exploring the within” and the awareness expansion that gives the clarity needed to know who they are, what they need and their own resources, the clarity that  enables them to overcome challenges and achieve objectives on both personal and professional level.

Witnessing such transformation in people is the power source that keeps me thriving and eager to provide more coaching services to help people expanding their awareness with their value as humans and being a clear mirror for them reflecting that within them is all what they need personally and professionally.
