"What happens in a room with a group is not one private session repeated across several people." Group Coaching (STGC) is the level where you learn to hold a whole group's field with the same depth you hold an individual session. Coaching a group the Somatic Thinking™ way is "activating knowledge": every person in the circle becomes the active author of their own learning rather than a passive receiver, and the benefit of one session reaches everyone in the room at once. This cohort is for a coach who has completed three stations: [An Introduction to Somatic Thinking](https://kuncoaching.com/en/courses/somatic-thinking-intro), [Individual Coaching Foundation](https://kuncoaching.com/en/programs/stce#stic) (its next live intake, October 2026, is [here](https://kuncoaching.com/en/events/stic-oct-2026)), and [Your Identity](https://kuncoaching.com/en/courses/your-identity). Having absorbed the method at those stations, you now build on it to serve a whole group rather than one person. The cohort opens Sunday 13 December 2026 and meets every Sunday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm Cairo time, across ten live online sessions, running through mid January 2027. Thirty-four live hours, accredited at ICF Level One, in a circle of twenty five seats. In celebration of the launch of the Kun coaching platform, everyone who registers for this cohort during September 2026 receives the Your Identity course included, at no extra charge, an offer valid only until 30 September 2026. You leave holding the skill of group coaching the Somatic Thinking™ way, with ICF Level One accreditation added to your record. *The tools were never the problem. What's missing is a method no one could mistake for anyone but you.* Your Method is the journey where you build exactly that: not borrowed from a template, but excavated from your own roots, your identity, your values, your lived experience, and given a structure. This is the October 2026 cohort, fully online, open to three doors at once: coaches and trainers who run rooms, leaders who decide under pressure, and founders building a company they want deciding like them long after they have left the room. You walk in through whichever door calls you, and walk out holding a method that is yours. The journey moves through four phases. Foundation builds the human first, then the craft: how to accompany one person deeply, the Somatic Thinking™ way, and you receive this work yourself before you ever offer it. This phase runs inside the same live cohort as the [Individual Coaching Foundation](/en/programs/stce#stic) intake, so if you are building a method of your own, you sit in the same room as those on the coach-education ladder. Activation puts what you learned into your hands: real clients, sessions recorded and reviewed, and mentors who watch you practise and refine you one conversation at a time. Building is where the forge opens: from your identity you learn to lead group work that keeps its depth, then you forge the method itself, from your roots upward, until every principle holds and takes a structure and a name. Graduation and Practice is the final stretch: your method's structure is completed and documented, with individual and group mentoring walking with you to the door. 138 hours, ICF Level Two accredited, with Samer Hassan, ICF MCC, guiding the journey personally. Twenty-five live sessions, every Sunday and Wednesday at 6 PM Cairo time, from 25 October 2026 through mid-January 2027. The cohort holds 15 seats only, small enough to be seen by the person leading it. You graduate accredited, with your method built and ready to lead with: a documented program carrying your name if you came through Coaching & Training, a decision-logic that holds under pressure if you came through Leadership, or an operating method that turns who you are into how the company decides if you came through Entrepreneurship. An Introduction to Somatic Thinking — your first encounter with the method. A true taste of what coaching this way feels like, before you commit. A first, honest encounter with a different way of thinking — one that begins with what the body already knows and moves toward what the mind then learns to say. Not a course *about* presence; a small, guided practice of it. Recorded sessions you take at your own pace, in Samer Hassan's own voice and story. They place coaching where it belongs among the human-development disciplines — what it is and what it is not — introduce the International Coaching Federation's standards and what its research says about coaching's impact, then return to the roots: the coach as educator, the Arabic language as a door to understanding the self, and authenticity as the ground of a distinguished coach — opening the door to Somatic Thinking and its principles. Delivered in Arabic. For whom? Adults meeting Kun for the first time; those who have followed Samer Hassan and want a first structured practice; anyone who wants a gentle on-ramp before committing to a workshop or retreat. Individual Coaching Foundation (STIC) is the root every branch of Somatic Thinking™ coach education is built on. Ninety-two live hours, ICF Level 1 accredited, working on two tracks that never separate: the human behind the coach first, then the professional coach. You practise with real clients from the first weeks, and you receive Somatic Thinking™ coaching yourself, as a client, living the method from the inside before you ever offer it. This cohort runs fully online, live: fifteen sessions, every Sunday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm Cairo time, starting Sunday 25 October 2026. The cohort is capped at twenty-five seats, because live work needs closeness. Its prerequisite is [An Introduction to Somatic Thinking](https://kuncoaching.com/en/courses/somatic-thinking-intro), a short recorded course that lets you taste the method honestly before you commit to its foundation. This cohort is shared ground, serving two journeys at once. If you arrive from the coach-education ladder, it is your second step after the introduction, and the first credit-bearing station of the ICF Level 1 pathway. If you arrive from [Your Method](https://kuncoaching.com/en/programs/menhajak), your Foundation phase happens here, in the same live room, doing the same work, and the October Your Method cohort begins the same day. After the Foundation the paths part: ladder learners continue to Your Identity and their specialisations, and Your Method participants continue inside their own programme to its later phases.
