They place coaching where it belongs among the human-development disciplines — what it is and what it is not — introduce the International Coaching Federation's standards and what its research says about coaching's impact, then return to the roots: the coach as educator, the Arabic language as a door to understanding the self, and authenticity as the ground of a distinguished coach — opening the door to Somatic Thinking and its principles.
