You can hold a room.

The workshop lands, the group leaves changed, and people ask who they should send you next. And still — what you deliver lives in your head, not in a method. You rebuild every cohort from memory; every great session is hard to repeat and impossible to hand to anyone else. You're known for being good in the room, not yet for a body of work that carries your name and outlasts the room you're standing in.

What it is

Your Method isn't more training. It's the journey where your method gets built.

Most programs add content on top of what you carry. Your Method does the opposite: it rearranges your relationship with what you already have, and turns your accumulated experience into a clear, documentable method you can stand behind, repeat with confidence, and be known for.

The conviction underneath it:

You don't borrow a method from a template that never quite fit our world; you excavate your own — from your identity, your values, your message, your lived experience — and give it a structure. Because as an expert, you don't need more tools. You need an approach that expresses your authenticity.

The journey

Four phases

The names of the phases are simple. What happens inside them is the work of 138 hours.

Phase 01

Foundation

The journey doesn't begin with your method — it begins with you. The first and longest phase builds on two tracks that never separate: the human, and the craft. Your own ground is laid first — a deeper knowing of yourself, the balance of mind, body, and heart, and a presence that doesn't shake. And on that ground you learn the craft itself — professional coaching, the Somatic Thinking™ way: how to accompany one person deeply, listening beneath the words, asking what opens rather than instructs, holding a conversation that moves someone. You practise with real people early, and you receive this work yourself before you ever give it — you live it from the inside first, the way every honest craft is learned.

Phase 02

Activation

Knowing how is not the same as having it in your hands. Here what you've learned gets activated: you coach real people across real sessions, record and review your own work, and sit with mentors who watch you practise and refine you one conversation at a time. You come out the other side not having studied the craft — having done it, under eyes that make you better.

Phase 03

Building

Now — and only now — the forge. It opens where every honest method opens: your identity. Who are you when you work? What are your values, your message, the story only you can tell? From that root you learn to carry what you do beyond one person — designing and leading group work whose depth doesn't thin as the circle widens. And then you begin to forge the method itself: from your roots upward — excavating your experience and what you inherited, testing every principle until it holds, giving it a structure, a name, a first session. A method aligned with who you are and where you came from — and validated by science, not by sincerity alone.

Phase 04

Graduation & Practice

The final touches. Your method's structure is completed and documented, its identity sharpened, and your professional strategy built around it. So you walk out carrying it into the world, with individual and group mentoring accompanying you to the door.

Whichever door you entered through, this is the same forge. What changes is what you build in it: your program, your way of leading, your company's operating method.

How it's taught

It was never about being given more. It's about drawing out what's already in you.

Your Method is built on knowledge activation (التفعيل المعرفي), not information-transfer. You're never a passive recipient of a trainer's content; the whole journey is experiential, present-based, and mentored — every idea is something you live and then harvest, until it becomes part of how you work, not a note you forget.

And beneath the method sits a posture we hold dear: the «الكوتش المربّي» — the educator who draws out rather than deposits. As Rumi put it, “I haven't come to give you something new — I've come to draw out a beauty you didn't know was already in you.”

The mistake is to think you're short of what others have — more frameworks, more theory, someone else's system. You are not short.

Questions before you start

Is this a coaching certification, or something else?

It's a build-your-own-method journey that happens to be ICF Level Two accredited. For coaches and trainers, the 138 hours are your coach-education pathway toward the ICF PCC credential. For leaders and founders, it's an accredited program whose real output is your method — your way of leading or building, documented and yours.

How is it different from Impact Engineering?

Impact Engineering is the five-hour opening — the map and the first clarity. Your Method is where the method actually gets built, over 138 hours. Most people begin with Impact Engineering and continue here when it calls them.

Is this more content to study?

No — it's the opposite. It works by drawing out what you already carry (knowledge activation), not depositing more information. You leave with something built, not memorised.

Do I need to be a coach?

No. Choose your door — Coaching & Training, Leadership, or Entrepreneurship — and the journey builds the method that fits where you're headed.

How long, and how is it run?

138 hours, guided personally by Samer Hassan (ICF MCC), with individual and group mentoring throughout. Format and timing are arranged per group.

This is the October 2026 cohort, fully online, open to three doors at once: coaches and trainers who run rooms, leaders who decide under pressure, and founders building a company they want deciding like them long after they have left the room. You walk in through whichever door calls you, and walk out holding a method that is yours. The journey moves through four phases. Foundation builds the human first, then the craft: how to accompany one person deeply, the Somatic Thinking™ way, and you receive this work yourself before you ever offer it. This phase runs inside the same live cohort as the [Individual Coaching Foundation](/en/programs/stce#stic) intake, so if you are building a method of your own, you sit in the same room as those on the coach-education ladder. Activation puts what you learned into your hands: real clients, sessions recorded and reviewed, and mentors who watch you practise and refine you one conversation at a time. Building is where the forge opens: from your identity you learn to lead group work that keeps its depth, then you forge the method itself, from your roots upward, until every principle holds and takes a structure and a name. Graduation and Practice is the final stretch: your method's structure is completed and documented, with individual and group mentoring walking with you to the door. 138 hours, ICF Level Two accredited, with Samer Hassan, ICF MCC, guiding the journey personally. Twenty-five live sessions, every Sunday and Wednesday at 6 PM Cairo time, from 25 October 2026 through mid-January 2027. The cohort holds 15 seats only, small enough to be seen by the person leading it. You graduate accredited, with your method built and ready to lead with: a documented program carrying your name if you came through Coaching & Training, a decision-logic that holds under pressure if you came through Leadership, or an operating method that turns who you are into how the company decides if you came through Entrepreneurship.
