Entrepreneurs & Leaders
Your Inner Compass for Founders & Leaders
You can lead by everyone else’s map — or you can find your own bearing.
Founders and senior leaders spend their days giving: decisions, direction, energy, answers. Without a compass of their own, they start leading from depletion — reacting to the loudest signal, drifting from what actually matters. The GPS of Life builds the inner compass that lets you lead from a place that doesn’t empty.
Three milestones, each complete on its own. Start where it fits; deepen when ready.
Built on Somatic Thinking™ · led by Samer Hassan, ICF MCC · trusted by founders and leaders across government, development finance, and multinationals · ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours on request.

Why the GPS of Life
The most expensive thing a leader loses is their own bearing.
The pressure on a founder or senior leader is relentless — and it pulls outward. You answer to the market, the board, the team, the next fire. Decision by decision, you start steering by other people’s maps and running on whatever’s left in the tank. The cost is quiet but compounding: reactive decisions, a direction set by noise instead of conviction, and the slow burn that comes from leading on empty.
The GPS of Life builds the capability that reverses it — a steady inner compass you can return to under any pressure, so your decisions come from a clear sense of direction and a source that renews instead of drains.
The method behind it
A compass doesn’t tell you where to go. It tells you where you are — so you can choose.
The GPS of Life is built on Somatic Thinking™ (التفكير الحسّي) — Samer Hassan’s published, presence-based methodology — turned toward the leader’s own bearing. It grows three working capabilities, the compass’s three points:
Presence
The ability to be fully here, not scattered across yesterday’s problem and tomorrow’s worry, so you lead from the only place decisions are actually made: now.
Profound Listening
To your team and your context, and first to yourself: the signals you’ve been too busy to hear.
Authentic Expression
Leading and deciding from your real direction, not the borrowed map of whoever spoke last or loudest.
This is a method with roots, and we borrow our authority from no one. Lived practice leads — years of work, hundreds of thousands of sessions. Contemporary science (embodied cognition, interoception) and a deep intellectual heritage stand as corroborating witnesses, never as the ground we stand on.
The journey
The journey — three milestones
Three milestones, each complete on its own — three depths of one scalable program. Start where it fits; deepen when ready. The Compass Briefing stands fully on its own.

Compass Briefing
Find your bearing — in ninety minutes.
A short, high-impact opening session, not a lecture. In about ninety minutes, leaders get a felt experience of leading from presence rather than pressure, a clear read on where they’re steering from an inner source versus running on empty, a first taste of the three-skill compass — Presence, Profound Listening, Authentic Expression — and the full pathway, with what deepens at each milestone.

Founders, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders — and leadership teams who want a shared starting point. Ideal as a first group’s introduction.

Calibrating Your Compass
Where the three skills become a practice you can return to.
A hands-on core workshop for leaders who want the compass as a working discipline, not an insight that fades by Monday. Through real founder-and-leader situations, participants learn to steady their presence under pressure, listen past the noise to the signal that matters, and decide from their own direction. By the end, the three skills are something you can actually do — on a hard call, in a tense room, on a day that’s getting away from you.

The Leaders’ Intensive
A full day to make the compass the way you lead.
The deep, immersive edition — a full six-hour day that integrates the inner compass into how you lead, decide, and recover. Working your own real challenges, you move from understanding the three skills to living them: leading from presence as a default, hearing what you’d been missing, and holding your direction when everything pulls against it. You leave with a renewable practice and a 30-day plan to keep the compass calibrated.

Who this is for
Who this is for
For the founder / leader
For the founder / leader — if you want to stop leading on empty and decide from your own direction instead of the loudest signal, this gives you a compass you can return to immediately and deepen over time.
For the organisation
For the organisation — if you want leaders who stay steady under pressure, decisions anchored in direction rather than reaction, and a leadership team that shares an inner standard — not just a process — the GPS of Life builds it as a practice that scales.
Regional agendas
Built for the region’s entrepreneurship & leadership agendas
The GPS of Life supports the national agendas growing the region’s founders and leaders — the entrepreneurship and human-capability ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030, the UAE’s We the UAE 2031, Qatar National Vision 2030, Egypt Vision 2030, and Oman Vision 2040 — by building the inner steadiness that resilient leadership and venture-building demand.
From the room
What founders & leaders consistently report
When the pace never lets up, leaders run on output until there’s nothing left to draw on — decisions get reactive, direction blurs, and presence is the first thing to go.
Sessions land from the first minutes because they work on real pressure and real decisions, not abstractions — and because the shift is felt, not just understood.
A steadier presence under pressure, clearer direction, and a way of leading that stops running the leader into the ground.
Trusted by founders and leaders across government, development finance, and multinationals — including SIDF, Emaar KAEC, and Motorola Solutions.
And around all of it — a community of practising leaders.
The Companionship — صحبة كُن
When you finish the journey, you don’t simply go back to leading alone. You join the Companionship (صحبة كُن) — a living, worldwide community built on the same values we grow in every circle, where founders and leaders keep practising, comparing notes, and growing together. The compass you calibrated keeps its company.

Questions before you commit
Is this wellness, or leadership development?
Leadership development. The GPS of Life isn’t about feeling calmer for its own sake — it’s about leading and deciding from a steadier, clearer source, so the calm shows up as better judgement under pressure.
Do we have to commit to all three milestones?
No. Each milestone is complete on its own. Most leaders start with the Compass Briefing — it delivers value by itself and establishes fit with no obligation — then choose whether to deepen through the Core Workshop and the Leaders’ Intensive.
Is this the same as the GM Playbook?
They’re a matched pair, built on the same method. The GM Playbook works outward — the conversations through which you lead others. The GPS of Life works inward — the bearing you lead from. Many leaders do both.
Is this therapy or a personality test?
No. It’s a practical, present-tense leadership practice built on observation and experience — not diagnosis, and not a psychometric instrument.
What about accreditation?
The program can carry ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours on request — continuing-education credit within a leadership program, not a coach credential.
In person or online?
All three milestones run in person, online, or hybrid; the Compass Briefing is also an easy in-person opener for a first group.
How is it priced?
The GPS of Life is scoped and priced per engagement. Tell us about your context and we’ll prepare a proposal.
You can’t pour direction from an empty source. Find your compass.
Begin with a Compass Briefing — especially for a first group. It delivers value on its own and establishes fit with no obligation. From there, you and your team can choose to deepen through the Core Workshop and the Leaders’ Intensive.
