THE GPS OF LIFE

Your inner compass — to live from a place inside you that doesn't empty.

Everyone around you carries a map for your life. Only you carry its compass.

Parents, friends, the market, the timeline everyone else seems to be on — voices you love, and voices that are simply loud. Somewhere under all of them is the one voice that will live with every decision to the end: yours. The GPS of Life is a short, practical experience that awakens your inner compass — so you can find where you actually are, and choose your next step from a settled place, not from the noise.

Choose your compass:

Built on Somatic Thinking™ — a published, presence-based methodology · created by Samer Hassan, ICF Master Certified Coach · 500,000+ sessions across the practice he built.

Why a compass

You have heard everyone — except the one person who has to live with the decision.

It rarely feels like a crisis. It feels like fog: choices that all look reasonable, advice that contradicts itself, and a quiet tiredness from steering by other people’s certainty. A map is someone else’s drawing of your terrain. It can be loving, experienced, even right — and still not yours. And a life has a way of outgrowing its maps.

A compass works differently. It doesn’t tell you where to go. It tells you where you are — so you can choose.

We won’t add another opinion to the pile. We help you set the pile down long enough to hear what was underneath it the whole time.

The method

The method behind it — your inner compass

The GPS of Life is built on Somatic Thinking™ (التفكير الحسّي™) — Samer Hassan's published, presence-based methodology — turned toward your own direction. It trains three capabilities, the compass's three points:

Presence

being fully here, not scattered between yesterday's regret and tomorrow's what-if, because here is the only place a real decision gets made.

Profound Listening

to the people in your life, and first to yourself: the quieter signals you've been too busy, or too surrounded, to hear.

Authentic Expression

saying and choosing what is actually yours, not the borrowed line of whoever spoke last or loudest.

Your body is part of this, as a partner. You already know the difference, in your body, between a yes that settles you and a yes you have to talk yourself into — a tightness in the chest when one option is mentioned, a quiet easing when another passes by. These are sensory, bodily signals, read with a trained attention — and you make the meaning of what they say. This is a method with a track record: years of practice, hundreds of thousands of sessions.

The experience

Three hours. A small circle. You leave with your own bearing.

You bring a real question from your own life — a decision, a direction, a distance you want to close — and through guided, practical work you apply the three skills to it, live. You will be listened to without being advised. What you say in the circle stays in the circle. The meaning of what you find is yours to make, and so is whatever you decide to do with it. (The experiential design is Kun's protected craft.)

Format: ≈3 hours · small group · in person or online. (And for those who complete the circle and want to go further, there is a fuller day — an invitation that reaches you after your first circle, not a box to tick before it.)

A small circle in a warm, window-lit room, one person speaking while the circle actually listens.

Three compasses

Three compasses, one practice

Shared spine above; what changes is whose life the compass is held up to.

«بوصلة الحياة»

You are not lost. You have outgrown your map.

You built a life — work you’re good at, a home, commitments you honour. And still, in a quiet moment, the question passes through: is this life mine, or just the one that took shape around me? Nothing visible is missing. What’s missing is a sit-down with yourself — the one meeting that keeps getting rescheduled.

In three hours you take one real decision, or one path that has been drifting, back to your own compass — and practise finding your bearing under all the accumulated shoulds.

What you leave with

a clearer read of your own signals · one decision examined from your own bearing rather than from the pressure around it · and a way of sitting with yourself you can repeat without us.

From the room

What participants consistently report

Where does it land?

In the first minutes — because the circle works on a real question you brought, not an abstraction someone else prepared.

What surprises people?

How much they already knew. The work doesn't install answers; it clears the noise off answers that were already forming.

What changes afterward?

Decisions come slower and land better. People report going back to the same rooms, the same family dinners, the same crossroads — with their compass in hand.

And after the circle — you don’t go back to figuring it out alone.

The Companionship — صحبة كُن

Those who complete a GPS circle are welcome in the Companionship (صحبة كُن) — a living, worldwide community built on the same values we practise in every circle: people keeping their compasses calibrated, comparing notes, and growing together. A door held open, if and when you want the company — never a conveyor belt.

The Root

And in your own selves — will you not see?

a rendering of the meaning · Adh-Dhariyat 51:21

The Qur'an teaches that the signs are already within. What this practice awakens was placed in you from the beginning; the work, at its heart, is that seeing. You don't have to share this faith for the practice to give you what it gives — whatever you bring, faith, science, or simple curiosity, is welcome here, and it takes nothing from what the circle offers you.

FAQ

Questions & objections

Is this therapy?

No — and it doesn't pretend to be. This is coaching: practical work on direction and decisions in your present, led by a coach (ICF MCC), not a clinician. Where therapy or counselling is needed, this complements it and never replaces it.

Honestly — is this just self-development talk (كلام تنمية بشرية)?

A fair suspicion — you've heard a lot sold under that name. Here is what this is: three hours of practical work on one real question of yours, resting on a published methodology and half a million sessions of accumulated practice. Bring your question and judge from inside the work — the judgment stays yours, and in a circle this small, nothing hides behind a stage.

Do I have to continue after the three hours?

No. The circle is complete in itself. There is a deeper, fuller day — but the invitation comes after your first circle, when you can judge for yourself whether you want it. Nothing here runs on momentum you didn’t choose.

Which circle is mine?

If the question is about your direction — the Life circle. If you’re before a study-or-career decision — the Youth circle. If the distance is between two of you — the Couples circle; and if the matter is a wider family one, the couples circle is still the doorway — it starts with the two of you. Still unsure? Consult the Pathfinder — two minutes.

What should I bring?

One real question. Not a polished one — a true one. Everything else is provided, including the safety: you will not be put on the spot, and what you say in the circle stays in the circle.

What does it cost?

Details and dates live on each circle's booking page — the price sits there, clearly, with the seat.
