Navigating the Unknown · Free online session · 12 October 2026
A free live session with Samer Hassan, 90 minutes online, for anyone standing in front of a decision with no clear map. Some moments do not resemble any other. A change of career, the start of a venture, a life transition, or a question about what comes next. The path is undrawn, the voices around you are many, and what you need most is to hear your own. In this session we stop at exactly that moment, not to hand you a ready answer, but to put you in direct contact with the way you decide, once the noise is set aside for a while. What you leave with: a clear sense of the difference between thinking about a decision and actually standing inside it, a few minutes of live embodied practice you try yourself, and a real conversation where your questions arrive and are answered. The session is led by Samer Hassan, creator of Somatic Thinking, a published coaching methodology built on presence and profound listening, and an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). You are listened to without being advised, and what is said in the session stays in the session. When and how: Monday 12 October 2026, 6:00 pm Cairo time, 90 minutes online via Zoom. Attendance is free, and registration happens on this page. Register with your name and email, and your WhatsApp number if you like; the join link reaches you a day before the session, and a reminder an hour before. A recording of the session is hosted on this page afterward. This session is an introduction to the Individual Coaching Foundation program, whose next cohort starts Sunday 25 October 2026, online, the first part of Your Method. Early registration and the free Somatic Thinking Introduction bonus stay open through 18 October. Full details and fees are on the cohort page: https://kuncoaching.com/en/events/stic-oct-2026
Ihya: Reviving the Body · October 2026 · Egypt
When you make peace with your body, your self begins to heal. Reviving the Body is where Ihya begins: the first doorway into Kun's family of residential retreats built on Somatic Thinking™ and led personally by Samer Hassan, ICF MCC. It is made for anyone whose body walks one road while the mind walks another, until the signal between them goes faint: living from the neck up, cut off from the body's own quiet intelligence. Over four days and three nights, from a Thursday-afternoon arrival to a Sunday-afternoon return, a small circle rebuilds that relationship. You learn to listen to the finer signals: the weight of a footstep, the rhythm of a breath, the feel of a body finally at rest, until sensory acuity returns as a daily skill. Sensory Engineering shapes every day on purpose: light, sound, texture, movement, food, and silence, from waking to sleep. Sunrise walks, conscious eating, evenings by the fire, and spaces built for silence and stillness. No fitness is required; the retreat rests on bodily awareness, not exertion. And this edition holds eight people only. A circle kept deliberately small, built for depth rather than crowd, where each participant has a private in-person coaching session with Samer Hassan, using advanced Somatic Thinking™ technique, reaching what the circle alone cannot. You leave with a calmer relationship with your body, built on listening rather than control, a sensory acuity that stays with you day to day, and a balance that returns from deep bodily awareness. My own journey showed me that the body shapes thought. It is not a vessel for it, and this retreat was born from that certainty. This is an educational awareness experience, not therapy: no diagnosis, no treatment. And when the retreat ends you do not simply go home. You join the Companionship, Kun's living worldwide community, and a follow-up circle meets roughly two weeks after you return, to help what began in your body hold. Whoever gives life to one, it is as though they gave life to all mankind, the Qur'an teaches (Al-Ma'idah 5:32). Revival ripples outward, and for the body, it begins with the body itself. Begin there. This edition gathers at Diwa Lodge in Tunis Village, Fayoum, in the Egyptian countryside where the first Ihya circles began.
Your Method · October 2026 · Arabic
*The tools were never the problem. What's missing is a method no one could mistake for anyone but you.* Your Method is the journey where you build exactly that: not borrowed from a template, but excavated from your own roots, your identity, your values, your lived experience, and given a structure. This is the October 2026 cohort, fully online, open to three doors at once: coaches and trainers who run rooms, leaders who decide under pressure, and founders building a company they want deciding like them long after they have left the room. You walk in through whichever door calls you, and walk out holding a method that is yours. The journey moves through four phases. Foundation builds the human first, then the craft: how to accompany one person deeply, the Somatic Thinking™ way, and you receive this work yourself before you ever offer it. This phase runs inside the same live cohort as the [Individual Coaching Foundation](/en/programs/stce#stic) intake, so if you are building a method of your own, you sit in the same room as those on the coach-education ladder. Activation puts what you learned into your hands: real clients, sessions recorded and reviewed, and mentors who watch you practise and refine you one conversation at a time. Building is where the forge opens: from your identity you learn to lead group work that keeps its depth, then you forge the method itself, from your roots upward, until every principle holds and takes a structure and a name. Graduation and Practice is the final stretch: your method's structure is completed and documented, with individual and group mentoring walking with you to the door. 138 hours, ICF Level Two accredited, with Samer Hassan, ICF MCC, guiding the journey personally. Twenty-five live sessions, every Sunday and Wednesday at 6 PM Cairo time, from 25 October 2026 through mid-January 2027. The cohort holds 15 seats only, small enough to be seen by the person leading it. You graduate accredited, with your method built and ready to lead with: a documented program carrying your name if you came through Coaching & Training, a decision-logic that holds under pressure if you came through Leadership, or an operating method that turns who you are into how the company decides if you came through Entrepreneurship. And when the journey ends, you join the Companionship, Kun's living worldwide community. Read the full journey on the [Your Method program page](/en/programs/menhajak).
Individual Coaching Foundation (STIC) · October 2026 Cohort · Live online
"You cannot do the coach. You have to be the coach." This is the foundation everything Kun teaches stands on: not tools you perform on people, but skills grown into your humanity. Individual Coaching Foundation (STIC) is the root every branch of Somatic Thinking™ coach education is built on. Ninety-two live hours, ICF Level 1 accredited, working on two tracks that never separate: the human behind the coach first, then the professional coach. You practise with real clients from the first weeks, and you receive Somatic Thinking™ coaching yourself, as a client, living the method from the inside before you ever offer it. This cohort runs fully online, live: fifteen sessions, every Sunday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm Cairo time, starting Sunday 25 October 2026. The cohort is capped at twenty-five seats, because live work needs closeness. Its prerequisite is [An Introduction to Somatic Thinking](https://kuncoaching.com/en/courses/somatic-thinking-intro), a short recorded course that lets you taste the method honestly before you commit to its foundation. This cohort is shared ground, serving two journeys at once. If you arrive from the coach-education ladder, it is your second step after the introduction, and the first credit-bearing station of the ICF Level 1 pathway. If you arrive from [Your Method](https://kuncoaching.com/en/programs/menhajak), your Foundation phase happens here, in the same live room, doing the same work, and the October Your Method cohort begins the same day. After the Foundation the paths part: ladder learners continue to Your Identity and their specialisations, and Your Method participants continue inside their own programme to its later phases. In celebration of the launch of the Kun coaching platform, everyone who registers for this cohort during September 2026 receives An Introduction to Somatic Thinking free. The offer is valid until 30 September 2026 only.
Group Coaching (STGC) · December 2026 Cohort · Live online
"What happens in a room with a group is not one private session repeated across several people." Group Coaching (STGC) is the level where you learn to hold a whole group's field with the same depth you hold an individual session. Coaching a group the Somatic Thinking™ way is "activating knowledge": every person in the circle becomes the active author of their own learning rather than a passive receiver, and the benefit of one session reaches everyone in the room at once. This cohort is for a coach who has completed three stations: [An Introduction to Somatic Thinking](https://kuncoaching.com/en/courses/somatic-thinking-intro), [Individual Coaching Foundation](https://kuncoaching.com/en/programs/stce#stic) (its next live intake, October 2026, is [here](https://kuncoaching.com/en/events/stic-oct-2026)), and [Your Identity](https://kuncoaching.com/en/courses/your-identity). Having absorbed the method at those stations, you now build on it to serve a whole group rather than one person. The cohort opens Sunday 13 December 2026 and meets every Sunday and Wednesday at 6:00 pm Cairo time, across ten live online sessions, running through mid January 2027. Thirty-four live hours, accredited at ICF Level One, in a circle of twenty five seats. In celebration of the launch of the Kun coaching platform, everyone who registers for this cohort during September 2026 receives the Your Identity course included, at no extra charge, an offer valid only until 30 September 2026. You leave holding the skill of group coaching the Somatic Thinking™ way, with ICF Level One accreditation added to your record. Group Coaching is the station that completes the [Your Method](https://kuncoaching.com/en/programs/menhajak) composition: An Introduction to Somatic Thinking, then Individual Coaching Foundation, then Your Identity, then Group Coaching.
Ihya, The Grand Journey, the Summer Retreat · Trentino، Italy · Seven days, in person
A seven-day, six-night retreat of walking among the Dolomite peaks of Val di Fassa, in Trentino, Italy, with Samer Hassan. The Grand Journey is Ihya's summer retreat, the one that gathers the threads of body, self, relationships, and work into a single harmony. Here the hike is the road the whole revival journey travels on: one step outward and one step inward, with the coach beside you on the trail. The walk is a journey inward: Each day we set out on a new trail among the Dolomite peaks, and each day's walk is devoted to reviving one part of you, in the order Ihya's retreats follow: we begin with reviving the body, then the self, then connection, then innovation, then impact, until the last day gathers every thread into one journey. Samer walks the trail with you, and the inner journey unfolds as the day does: a question at the climb, long stretches of silence, a conversation that finds its own moment, and in the evening a circle that gathers what the day opened. You walk and enjoy the hike, and at the same time you travel inward, accompanied rather than alone. What surrounds you on the trail: The dirt trail climbs through meadows thick with yellow and white summer flowers, then drops to a stream tumbling over stones. Blond-maned horses graze free in the open meadow, cows rest on the slope, and a red-capped mushroom waits in the grass by your boot. Above, the pale Dolomite peaks hold the valley like two open arms, changing colour with the light, hidden by cloud one hour and revealed by sun the next. At the yellow trail sign on the pass you stop to catch your breath, and the whole valley lies below you. The air is cold and clean, and the only sounds are water, your steps, and your breathing. We walk at the group's pace, with no racing and no climbing. These are walking trails, not rock faces. Revival after revival: Reviving the body: the first climb, legs that work, breath that widens, and the body's signals returning as a guide you hear before the mind has its say. Reviving the self: long silence on the trail, where the mind slows to the pace of the feet and you meet yourself once the noise stops. Reviving connection: hours spent walking beside someone, a conversation opening that the city never allows, then sitting together in the evening having seen the same mountain. Reviving innovation: a horizon that widens the higher you go, and ideas that arrive on their own once the mind rests from its tasks. Reviving impact: what you carry down the mountain with you, a clearer view of your next step, and what the mountain teaches about pace: one step, then the next, never the whole road at once. And on the last day, the Grand Journey itself: every thread, body, self, connection, innovation, and impact, in a single harmony you take back into your life. What you take home from the mountain: • A harmonious relationship between body and mind, built on listening rather than control, sensory acuity as a daily skill, and your natural rhythm found again. • A calmer relationship with your thoughts and feelings, the ability to stop instead of deplete, and an inner clarity that shows in your daily decisions. • Presence that holds in the company of others, connection without self-erasure, and relationships built on awareness rather than need. • Imagination unhooked from fear, and expression that is new and rooted at once. • Work reconnected to meaning, impact that lasts because it is clean, and leadership grown from presence rather than force. • Body, self, connection, and impact in one rhythm, a return that lasts, and a new beginning rather than a finish line. The company: A small circle of like-minded people who came for a reason close to yours. You walk together by day and gather as one circle in the evening, with the mountain a quiet companion throughout. There are no lectures to sit through and no notes to keep. The learning lives in the body, on the trail, before it is put into words. Who it is for: For anyone who feels the days passing while running on preservation rather than presence, and wants seven full days set aside for themselves in the arms of nature, away from the noise. No mountain experience is needed. The trails are walked at a comfortable pace, and most guests need no more than ordinary fitness and a good pair of walking shoes. You come as you are. The retreat is led in Arabic and English together, and Samer moves between the two as the circle needs. Led by: The retreat is led by Samer Hassan, creator of Somatic Thinking, a published coaching methodology built on presence and profound listening, and an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC). Registration and deposit: Places are held with a deposit. The figure shown on this page is the current estimate; the full cost and the venue are confirmed two months before the retreat, so that everyone has time to arrange a visa where one is needed. The deposit holds your place in the circle, and the plan reaches you as it is confirmed. The deposit is refundable at any time until the full cost and venue are announced, plus fourteen days after. Registration asks for your name, email, WhatsApp number, and nationality (for visa planning), along with your room preference and whether a companion is joining you. A visa note: The retreat sits inside the Schengen area. Once the venue is confirmed, Kun provides an invitation letter and a booking confirmation to support your visa application. When and where: Monday 26 July to Sunday 1 August 2027, seven days and six nights, in Val di Fassa, Trentino, Italy. In person, residential.
