“This program gave me the tools to be present simultaneously with my mind, body, and heart, enabling an openness to honor each part without compromising. I found the Somatic Thinking approach to be an elegant, naturally flowing methodology perfectly aligned with my core values of humanity and simplicity.”

About this Program
An Introduction to Somatic Thinking — your first encounter with the method. A true taste of what coaching this way feels like, before you commit.
A first, honest encounter with a different way of thinking — one that begins with what the body already knows and moves toward what the mind then learns to say. Not a course about presence; a small, guided practice of it.
Recorded sessions you take at your own pace, in Samer Hassan's own voice and story. They place coaching where it belongs among the human-development disciplines — what it is and what it is not — introduce the International Coaching Federation's standards and what its research says about coaching's impact, then return to the roots: the coach as educator, the Arabic language as a door to understanding the self, and authenticity as the ground of a distinguished coach — opening the door to Somatic Thinking and its principles. Delivered in Arabic.
For whom? Adults meeting Kun for the first time; those who have followed Samer Hassan and want a first structured practice; anyone who wants a gentle on-ramp before committing to a workshop or retreat.
On completion: ICF Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours.
- You can state what coaching is and is not, and tell it apart from mentoring, teaching, therapy, consulting and motivational speaking.
- You know the ICF partnership definition, the core coaching competencies, and what the research says about coaching's measured benefits.
- You can explain the Somatic Thinking principles and what the methodology adds on top of the accredited competencies.
- You can describe why the methodology works, and where bodily sensory signals sit in a session.
- You have watched a real session performed with the methodology and can describe what happened in it.
- You have enough awareness to decide whether this path is yours, and you know the next step is the Individual Coaching Foundation.
